Marque est une agence de communication. Pour leur projet A little Piece of Mind, Marque a demandé des bouts de pensées sous forme de carrés de tissus qui formeraient ensuite plusieurs grands patchworks qui seront vendu aux enchères pour 2 fondations de charités basées à Londres, Glasgow et New York. Sibylle Stœckli a envoyé un des premiers tests des coussins de Rorschach ainsi qu’une couverture fantôme de louise blanche. La vente aux enchères a eu lieu le 7 avril à 20h et s’est montée à 9′500 Livre Sterlings.

Marque speak about the cause:
We then decided to channel both of these two start points towards a more provocative or powerful cause. The exhibitions will culminate in the quilt being auctioned. The proceeds will be donated equally between Shelter in London and Glasgow and The Bowery Mission in New York City, both of whom are committed to confronting and preventing homelessness.
A catalogue documenting both the process and the individual pieces has also been produced and sold to further the charitable donations from the events.
Marque speak about the collaboration:
Important to us, was the challenge of an idea to take, and then piece together, seemingly disparate influences and inputs to make a coherent, influential output. As an aesthetic philosophy, this has engaged both us and our creative collaborators.
The premise was simple. Leading creatives were asked to supply ‘a little piece of mind’ in the form of a 6 inch square of fabric. From a diverse array of such contributions by iconoclasts and innovators, Floersch has composed a Quilt that reinforces the fact that all it takes to make a big difference is a little personal time.
The quilt is being shown in London, then in New York and Glasgow.
